Before founding Bluee Sky HR Solutions, Mr. Yadav held hands-on roles at prestigious organizations like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Aurobindo Pharma, and later took on senior recruitment responsibilities at Big Pharma Jobs. His technical background, with an M.Tech in Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology, gives him unique insight into the specialized requirements of roles across the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and related industries. This experience enables Mr. Yadav and his team to deeply understand the complexities of technical positions—from executive to CXO levels—and find the right fit for even the most niche and challenging roles
